Annual Quality Report
The annual quality report prepared and released by the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) with the support of the National University of Management (NUM) offers to assess the first year of Wanasea project. A scoring scheme and questionnaires are the main tools developed to evaluate project’s activities, procedures and management.
This overall evaluation of the project shows that partner institutions are really committed to follow the work plan and to implement activities as defined in the project application. Activities already done have faced only minor issues like delays or participant selection problems. Thus, project’s performance is very satisfying so far. Moreover, the University of Nantes is unanimously hailed as an efficient leader which set accurate procedures and rules to ensure a smooth running of the project.
The annual quality report also shows that impacts of the project are already substantial. The project contributes to strengthen collaborations between institutions from Europe and from Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam. It also successfully raises awareness about Water and Natural Resources Management issues and actively strives to support joint research work initiatives already brought up by some participants.
In short, the annual quality report confirms that Wanasea project is well on track and takes benefit of a great commitment from all partners. Recommendations and comments made in this report must help the project to keep achieving its goals in the coming years.
