Project Management Board Meeting at 24^th month, 18^th Dec 2019, ITC, Phnom Penh, Cambodia (WP8)

The Project Management Board (PMB) meetings belong to the Work package 8 of the project. Its goal is to keep the project on schedule and within the limits of the budget constraints. The main tasks are overall project management, financial management, organization of the consortium meetings, and formal and informal reporting.

1. Recommendations and notices from EU regarding the project implementation (cf. Minutes Meeting in Brussels, October 2019)
2. The second grant transfer – review and plan for the third transfer (related to the AWP 2020)
3. AWP 2020 hosted by Chiang Mai University: schedule and 14-day program to discuss
4. Website report and Dissemination Plan (updates on activities achieved and what to improve)
5. Annual Quality Assurance 2019 – NUM
6. Open discussion: Impact and Sustainability of WANASEA Project
