WANASEA has joint support and organized the “The 11thRegional Conference on Environmental Engineering 2018 (RCEnvE-2018)” jointly held with “The 3rdInternational Symposium on Conservation and Management of Tropical Lakes” at Sunway Hotel, Phnom Penh, Cambodia from September 27th- 28th, 2018. The theme of the conference is “Enhancing Sustainability and Resilience under Anthropogenic Pressure and Climate Change”
Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) is a partner university in WANASEA project which is supported by Erasmus+ Program of European Union. ITC hosted successfully the RCEnvE-2018 conference in conjunction with the 3rd International Symposium on Conservation and Management of Tropical Lakes. More than 150 participants from AUN/SEED-Net Member Institutions, non-Member Institutions, Industrial sectors, and other professional organizations attended the conference. Particularly, WANASEA also supported two quest speakers from partner universities to share their keynote and research results in the conference. Prof. Marc BIDAN from Nane University in France and Prof. Ruth Banomyong from Thammasat University in Thailand.
